These great chocolate molds are molded in polycarbonate, which is a highly durable material. In the mold, 21 pieces can be cast at a time. The chocolate molds are cleaned with warm water, without the use of detergent, as it can cause the filled chocolates to stick. Then wipe with a clean cloth and wipe with cotton wool to ensure lime in the grooves is removed, possibly. leftovers will give marks next time. Before the chocolate is added to the cooling, the surface is advantageously scraped clean of chocolate as it makes it much easier to get the chocolates out of the molds. Put the mold in the refrigerator and let the chocolate solidify completely. The chocolates are then turned out, by turning the mold and tapping lightly on a table where a towel is placed. That way you get beautiful chocolates, every time!
