Preparation of crème brûlée: recipe for 4 small bowls


Whether a crème brûlée turns out good depends on many factors - from the coagulation process of the egg yolk to the perfect temperature in the oven. You can easily make a delicious crème brûlée with our cream powder.

For 4 small delicious desserts, you will need 4 small dessert bowls with a diameter of about 11 cm, 80 g cream powder, 300 ml milk (1.5%), 200 g cream, and about 15 g brown sugar. If you like, you can decorate the French specialty with fruit and mint.

For 4 small dessert bowls, add 300 ml milk (1.5%) and 200 g cream to a pot. Stir in 80 g cream powder and slowly bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly. Let the mixture simmer while stirring until it thickens significantly. Now you can divide the cream into 4 small bowls. Let it cool a bit and then put the bowls in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, so the dessert is nice and cool - just as it should be served.

Just before serving, sprinkle each dessert with brown sugar and caramelize the sugar with a gas burner or flambé. You can optionally serve the crème brûlée with fruit and mint. The combination of a crispy caramelized top and a fluffy middle makes crème brûlée an absolute delight for all food lovers.
