Cream neutral 100g
Cream contains all the ingredients needed for the simple, safe and quick preparation of cream cakes, slices, roulades and desserts. All you have to do is add whipped cream and the right water and you have a stable and aromatic cream. The cream cakes are made without the addition of artificial colours or preservatives.
You only receive cream stand powder with your purchase. No fruit or decoration.
100g cream stand
125 ml water, 20°C
500 g cream, whipped
Mix the cream powder with the water. Then add a small amount of cream to the mixture and fold it into the whipped cream. Now put the cakes in the fridge for at least two hours.
The basic recipe is enough for a cake with a diameter of 26 cm or a roll of 60x40 cm.
To get a delicious mousse, simply add 100 g more cream.
Dextrose, sugar, beef gelatine, starch. May contain traces of: Eggs and products thereof, Milk and products thereof (including lactose), Soya and products thereof.
