For chocolate coating :
Cut the foil into pieces or strips. Put a thin coating of tempered chocolate on the printed side. Bend the film - if desired. When the chocolate has hardened, remove the film. The colors now stick to the couverture. How to decorate your cakes, desserts, chocolates, etc. with extraordinary elements.
For cakes or creams:
insert cakes or desserts directly upside down on the film. After freezing, remove the film. The decorations are now directly on the cake or the desserts.
Roll out the gumpaste as usual. Place the transfer film on the gumpaste. Put a sheet of baking paper on top and iron with an iron (level 1) over the baking paper. Remove the baking paper and then carefully pull off the foil.
